Shipping policy
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for most orders over $100.00 to the contiguous U.S. Certain items are exempt from free shipping, so please check your shopping cart during checkout for any additional handling fees.
Orders to Alaska or Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping and will be charged for shipping in the shopping cart. We will always notify you before shipping any order requiring additional shipping charges, not specified at checkout. Customers can decide at that time if they would like to proceed with the order.
Paid Domestic Shipping
For orders that don’t qualify for free shipping, shipping cost is determined in the shopping cart based on delivery address. Residential addresses may have higher shipping cost than commercial addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Most of our packages ship via FedEx or UPS, but items may also be sent through various other common carriers. We reserve the right to ship using the carrier of our choosing. If you have a preferred carrier you would like to use, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate any requests.
Same Day Shipping
Most orders with inventory in stock will ship the same day if your order is placed during normal business hours. Our business hours are Monday - Friday (Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays). We cannot guarantee orders placed after 3:00pm EST will ship the same day. Additionally, items marked Custom or Special Order will ship via ground service when they are available to ship. We do not process orders to ship on Saturday, Sunday, or federal holidays.
Express Shipping
If you need your items faster, we offer 1-day and 2-day shipping options via FedEx and UPS for most items sent to addresses within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). Express shipping may not be available in all areas, and certain items are not eligible for express shipping.
If you require morning or Saturday delivery, please call to discuss the options available to your location. Standard expedited service is for delivery by end-of-day.
Weekend Delivery
FedEx ground shipments to residential addresses consider Saturday as a normal delivery day for weekend deliveries and transit times. Saturday delivery is usually only available only for residential ground shipments, and other certain express shipping options. Please call us if the need is urgent.
Freight/LTL Shipping
For freight shipment deliveries, please provide a commercial address located in a business district with a business name. Freight deliveries to residential addresses or limited access sites (military, schools, etc.), as well as destinations determined to be in need of a lift gate, will incur an additional charge(s). If you are unsure whether your address listed is residential or commercial, please contact us directly.
Customer Account Shipping
If you have a preferred carrier you would like to use, or if you would like to ship signature required, please call; there will be a small additional fee.
Shipping & Handling Fee
Some oversized items may include an additional handling fee that will show in the shopping cart during the checkout process. The Handling fee is typically assessed once per SKU, regardless of how many units are ordered. If freight shipping is available, multiple units can usually ship on one pallet. These items, and other select products marked Custom or Special Order, may not be able to ship express and may require lead times before shipping.
We will provide you with a shipping and handling quote during checkout. We make our best effort to calculate these costs at the time you place your order; however, in the event of a significant shipping calculation error, or rise in shipping carrier costs, we reserve the right to request a shipping surcharge. If this happens, the customer has the right to cancel any applicable orders. We do our best to avoid any unexpected surcharges.
Shipping Liabilities
Please note that we do NOT have control over delivery times changing after packages are given to the shipping carrier. This also includes lost packages, delivery address errors, delays, goods damaged during delivery, and other issues that may occur throughout the shipping process.
We do our best to prevent these things from happening, but cannot guarantee any issues that are not foreseeable. We can assist you in helping you find lost items, checking shipment status, and rerouting packages in transit. Please contact us if you have questions or need help during the shipping process.
Canada Orders
We are only able to ship to residential or business addresses located in Canada if the customer has a viable UPS or FedEx account. Due to customs regulations, certain items may be excluded from import. Please contact us via phone or email for all Canada orders. Payment must be by PayPal, wire or U.S. credit card. Some products are excluded, and other restrictions may apply. Please contact us for assistance.
International Orders
We do not currently ship to U.S. On special occasions, we will ship to US if the customer has a business account with a U.S. based carrier. If goods are required for export, customers may utilize a freight forwarding company or other domestic destination to take delivery of goods at a U.S. address. International orders must ship to a U.S. based freight forwarder or other U.S. address. Any subsequent fees, taxes, export duties, etc. fall solely on the responsibility of the buyer.
